The doctors constantly took blood- and did not come back with the result I asked them for them in the hepatitis and diabetes MEU nurses. I asked for a change I did not receive the results of a heart chest scan either in medication 5 weeks ago. Now the new doctor has put me back on it!

I have been listened to a lot of the time - especially when I have had concerns.
Suggested improvements
They could have given the results of (i.e blood test) some of the test to me when I asked for them!

Because I have seen individual staff do there job really well and I really care about the people you all look after.

There could be a better system in place for people to be able to wash their clothes independently when they choose to.
